Orders ship in 1-3 business days starting the next business day after purchase. All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. 

Nouveau Crystals is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders; ownership is transferred at the time of shipment. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
